1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with aceph and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and the Platform. By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the aceph Platform, you expressly consent to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies applicable to specific games or services.

If you are accessing the aceph Platform on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we believe these Terms have been violated or where providing service would violate applicable laws or regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with aceph or use any gaming services offered on the Platform. This age restriction is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

aceph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in the account.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The aceph Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of aceph complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Preferred account currency (PHP)

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with aceph. Duplicate accounts, multiple registrations using different credentials, or attempts to circumvent account restrictions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

If aceph identifies duplicate accounts through IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, or other technical means, we reserve the right to close all related accounts without notice and void any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify aceph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

aceph will never request your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel other than the secure login page on our Platform. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. aceph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

You agree not to allow any other person to use your account credentials or access the Platform using your account. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Verification

aceph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or valid national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (photos of credit/debit cards showing first six and last four digits, or e-wallet account verification)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all relevant information without obstruction.

4. Deposits and Payments

Bank transfers via PesoNet and over-the-counter deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process depending on the financial institution and time of submission.

aceph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution or payment provider may impose transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third parties.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. VIP and verified accounts may be eligible for higher deposit limits. aceph reserves the right to impose additional deposit restrictions based on account history, verification status, or risk assessment.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the aceph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the funds will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate provided by our payment processor, plus any applicable conversion fees.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your aceph account at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed by aceph customer support.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

aceph's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

aceph is not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, government actions, or power outages.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your aceph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

12.2 Involuntary Termination

aceph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon involuntary termination, aceph will conduct a final account review. If no Terms violations are found, your remaining balance will be returned. If violations are confirmed, aceph reserves the right to withhold funds and pursue legal action if appropriate.
